Jonathan joined Nash Capital in 2019 and has over 12 years of experience across M&A and private capital investments. He has led investments in a number of Nash Capital portfolio companies, including AutoGrab and Arinex Group, and has a focus on professional services, healthcare, B2B services and technology enabled businesses.
Jonathan started his career in middle market advisory at KPMG and was a corporate M&A lawyer in the private equity team at Allens.

Hayden has joined the Nash Capital team bringing experience in mid-market accounting and advisory. Previously, Hayden worked in the Private Clients transaction services team at PwC, working closely with public and private companies on strategic acquisitions, investments, divestments and capital raising.
Hayden’s experience includes working with listed companies, private equity funds, privately owned and founder led companies across multiple sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, financial services and general industrials. His keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and commercial insight set him apart.
Lisa has over 30 years of managerial experience in both the Banking and Real Estate sectors. Her career has encompassed leadership roles at institutions such as Commonwealth and ANZ Bank. Lisa excelled in guiding teams within the Trade Finance department. More recently Lisa led the Property Management Department for a Residential and Commercial Property Real Estate firm.
Clare brings over 25 years of experience in operational service delivery and relationship management across the banking, healthcare, and philanthropy sectors in both the UK and Australia.
Prior to joining Nash, Clare spent over 12 years working at Fuji Xerox Australia, gaining a solid foundation in quality management, compliance, and end-to-end business process optimisation. At Nash, Clare provides hands-on operational and strategic support to the executive leadership team. She is process-driven, with meticulous attention to detail, and a steadfast dedication to fostering cross-functional collaboration. Renowned for her proactive mindset and professionalism, she is unwavering in her commitment to excellence.
Lucas Couper and Sean O’Neill previously worked in investment banking and private equity prior to the founding of Nash.
Nash Capital was officially established in 2017. In October, Nash made its first platform investment, acquiring 50% of TDG Environmental (formerly Total Drain Cleaning).
In February 2018, Nash expanded its portfolio by acquiring a 70% stake in iVET Institute, a leader in vocational education course development and delivery.
Nash increased its ownership in iVET to 100% by March 2019, solidifying its position in the education sector. In August 2020, Nash facilitated a 50% sell-down of TDG to Quadrant Private Equity.
Nash acquire 50% of Evolution Precast Systems, a leading producer of architectural precast concrete walls and panels. Additionally, Nash expanded its portfolio with a 20% investment in Arinex (formerly Delegate Connect), a premier event and conference management company.
Nash invest in the automotive technology sector, acquiring a 10% stake in AutoGrab, a platform specializing in automotive valuation and real-time market insights.
Nash Capital launch its inaugural Growth Fund I, with its first investment being a 60% acquisition of National Windscreens, a leading player in automotive windshield repair services.
