Nash partnered with TDG in 2017 to support the transformation of a leading Sydney-based stormwater waste management business.
At the time of investment, TDG was a founder-led, family-operated company with strong market positioning but limited formal systems, technology, or scalability. Nash worked closely with the founders to corporatise the business by expanding the management team, introducing structured operational processes, investing in technology and systems, and improving capital structure by accessing debt financing.
Over the course of the partnership, TDG broadened its service capabilities, entered new geographies through five strategic acquisitions, and enhanced its forward planning and asset deployment. Nash realised a partial sale to Quadrant Private Equity in 2020.
